Account status change request

I would like to change my subscription from the Professional to basic account. How do I go about doing this. Thanks.

This is a public group so this is probably not a good place for requesting account specific changes. That's why we have the chat widget at the bottom right side of the site.

However, that won't help you much because you don't really need us to make a change for you. Just cancel your subscription in paypal and resubscribe to basic as it elapses. You can do that any time you want and in fact we can't do that for you as we don't have access to your paypal account.
