REF: Windows Phone Build Error.

Thank you for lending your time. I was trying to develop a Hello World native mobile application for Windows Phone. I was developing on Netbeans Platform. I then encountered a build error on the Codename One build server. On the other hand I was successful with the android platform. I require your expertise, to help me to solve this issue. I own a Windows Phone, Nokia Lumia to be exact therefore it is not applicable for me to develop mobile applications on Android OS. Kindly help.
