IOS download servers stalled

the download/install process for IOS builds has been very slow lately, but

now it seems to have stalled completely. Ios debug builds stick forever

in "waiting" state on the ios desktop.

The servers that delivers these are the same S3 servers that deliver all OS builds. I'm guessing this is similar to your send build issues with the ISP route. Probably manifested harder in iOS due to the size of the resulting build.
