WHERE TO UPDATE OR ADD BUILD ARGUMENT FOR GOOGLE MAP

I downloaded the build argument file Buildargument.txt and also changed my ANDROID KEY but i don't know where to place the code or the Buildargument.txt file.

am i suppose to copy and past somewhere or drop the entire file ?

Right click the project, Select Codename One -> Codename One Settings -> Build Hints
