Error about docker image existence - loading is inconsistent

Hi Codabench Organizers,

As title suggests, I have an issue where the evaluation will error out with a complaint about not finding a docker image:

Pull for image: wyim/codalab-clinicalnlp-2024:v2025 returned a non-zero exit code! Check if the docker image exists on docker hub. Command '['docker', 'pull', 'wyim/codalab-clinicalnlp-2024:v2025']' returned non-zero exit status 1.

I am able to run the pull otherwise outside of this platform.

It seems when I try to run evaluation multiple times, docker image was able to load 1 out of 7 attempts at different times over multiple days.

Wondering if someone can help troubleshoot or let me know if there is something obvious I’m missing?
