dFBA construction in COBRApy

Hello everyone,

I am working on a dFBA of the Yarrowia lipolytica. I am currently using the iYali model v4.1.2 and the COBRApy toolbox. 

My problem is that I have not been able to understand  how to use the code for the dFBA on COBRApy. 

I have been using the code that appears on the documentation but it is not well explained

Does somebody knows an step by step tutorial on how to set up the Dynamic System for the dFBA?

You could try out which was made exactly for that purpose https://dynamic-fba.readthedocs.io/ and has a couple of examples.
