COBirders - Jim Thompson corrected my report; the nesting martins are in Las Ánimas County. He saw and photographed them 6/10 of a mile west of the junction of roads 41.7 and 42.0 towards Jarosa Canyon.

I will post his image(s) when I get better Internet connection.
