Hi all,
Just now my brother and I had a Pacific Loon in the NE corner of the reservoir along with two Common Loons. The bird was diving often, staying up for only about ten seconds at a time. Surf Scoter and Red-necked Grebe continue as well.

I would highly recommend it. To view it best, park in the parking lot on the north side near the heron rookery. Walk down to the water, and view to the left.
