I just drove by the south side of the reservoir on 470 and noticed quite a good gull flock out there. I can’t check them out, but if somebody can run over there it might be worthwhile

Hi all,

I’m just about to leave the reservoir and can report at least 4 Glaucous Gulls, 3 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, two Iceland (Thayer’s) Gulls, and a couple interesting unidentified gulls. As I got into my car, another large group of gulls flew in, but I didn’t get a chance to see what they were.

Only 7 gulls on the Reservoir this morning. The female Black Scoter is still here. Had all 3 mergansers. Maybe they will all return this evening.
