This morning, I came upon a Northern Mockingbird in Denver Botanic Gardens. It made its way, with many of the Gardens' junco and flicker, over into Cheesman, where I saw it briefly around the  flower beds near the pavilion. Those beds were also drawing robin, junco, Clay-colored Sparrow, and a Lark Sparrow.

On Wednesday, a small flock of Pine Siskin passed through Cheesman.

There have also been several Ruby-crowned Kinglet, a few Orange-crowned Warbler, and one or two lingering Broad-tailed Hummingbird at the Gardens this week. The area Bushtit (15-20 of them) seem to be congregating here too. Wilson's Warblers are increasingly difficult to find. No sign of the poorwill.
