COBirders,

Duane Nelson just called and asked me to post that he just found a male HERMIT WARBLER at Melody Tempel Grove in northeast Bent county.  See the URL for directions.

The male Hermit Warbler was re-found later by Dave Leatherman, Janeal Thompson, and Jane Stulp, and photos were taken.  There aren't a lot of state records of this species!  Great find Duane!

Four birders (two Linfields, two Millers) searched this morning (Saturday) for the Hermit Warbler among flocks of two dozen Yellow-rumpled Warblers but with no success.
