Long-tailed Duck - Union Reservoir

I obeserved a Long-tailed this morning (11/15) on the SE side of Union Res. at 9:20AM. The Long-tailed Duck was easily viewed through binoculars from the dirt road. Also, there was a Common Loon near the boat ramp.

No White-fronted, Ross' Geese or Mew Gull at Jim Hamm pond @9:00AM. Hopefully they'll return.

That's funny - Kevin Keirn and I had Greater White-fronted, Ross and Snow Geese at Jim Hamm (albeit a little earlier than that) this morning, including both white and blue morph Snows, but had no luck finding the Long-tailed Duck at Union.

No luck for us finding the Mew earlier either.
