Not a lot of new birds (only 18) but good variety today:

Least Flycatcher 1
Swainson's Thrush 1
Gray Catbird 1
Virginia's Warbler 1
Yellow Warbler 6
American Redstart 1 (finally caught the male!)
Song Sparrow 1
Lincoln's Sparrow 3
Bullock's Oriole 2
American Goldfinch 1

Open daily, weather permitting (good possibility we will be rained out tomorrow), through June 2, EXCEPT for May 30. Just one week left!  It is almost always better to visit early in the morning. We are opening nets at 6:30, and most days will have birds back at the station by 7:15. There are school groups every weekday, arriving about 9:45. We aim to close by noon most days, earlier if it is very hot, very cold, or very windy.
