Today produced a few more birds than yesterday. Sixteen bird species captured with three new species for the season which included Townsend's Warbler, Red0breasted Nuthatch, and Green-tailed Towhee. The birds started moving around once the sun came out. A small flock of Orange-crowned Warblers were moving about the area. Small sparrows were moving around the ranch today. Flocks of Clay-colored Sparrows were observed around HQ ponds.
