Scissor-tailed Flycatcher (Huerfano) 4/11

Hi All,

Yesterday driving east out of Walsenburg on Highway 10 there was a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher perched on the fence just off the road. The bird was on the right side within the first mile or so of the highway (if you pass mile marker 2 you've gone too far), mostly on the fence but also along an irrigation ditch in one of the fields there. I have photos I can send along to any who would like to see them. Sorry for the late posting—just coming back to my computer.
