The Black Scoter reported at over the past few days remains at Tabor Lake just west of Prospect Lake off 44th in Westminster.  I would judge this to be a first year female.

The female Black Scoter was still present this afternoon at about 2:30, in the northwest part of Tabor Lake.

Unable to find the Scoter at Tabor or Prospect Lakes today.
Facebook Colorado Field Ornithologists site reported yesterday that it seemed injured and unable to fly, but could walk.
