Question on abbreviation

I've seen an abbreviation " LE" used several times on eBird that has me puzzled.  It's found underneath the bird seen, such as Bald Eagle or Canada Goose.  What does LE stand for?  All I know is Law Enforcement, lol!  I've looked all over but can't find it mentioned on any abbreviation list.
