Still hot, breezy, relatively few birds. Best ones today around noon were:
White-throated sparrow
Song sparrow
Nashville warbler
Woodhouse’s scrub-jay
Green-tailed towhee
Blue-headed vireo
Most of the action continues to be at the north end of the main trail
Looked for the scissor-tailed flycatcher at Memorial Drive junction with Woodland Lane twice today but did not see it. Probably hiding in trees out of wind.
