A first of season Lesser Goldfinch male black-backed type, also a green-tailed towhee, two Clay-colored sparrows singing, a Gray Flycatcher momentarily; House wrens vocalizing and the Mountain Chickadees are using the nest box again. Seen along the Homestead trail this morning (east side of the Springs near Powers blvd).
