Golden Eagle at Rocky Mt. Arsenal NWR, Adams County

There is a juvenile Golden Eagle at the north end of the Arsenal, visible from the 8 mile Wildlife Drive, hunting in a prairie dog colony. He has a white tail with black terminal band and 2 white wing windows.
