Weld County Rusty Blackbirds - late report

CO Birders,

I apologize for not posting here earlier but it looks like my eBird checklist from section 6 of the Barr Lake CBC on Jan 2nd was picked up for the CO Rare Bird Alert emails.

Our group, led by Tyler Edmundson, found 4 Rusty Blackbirds right by Box Elder Creek on CR 4 just east of CR 49 (40.014944, -104.600952) not too far from the NW corner of Horse Creek Reservoir.

The light was so bad I was about to just drive on by and tick more starlings but glad we stopped.
