Great-tailed Grackle, Lower Church Lake, Jeffco

While scoping out the ducks and gulls at Lower Church Lake today, saw a great-tailed grackle on the east side in the marsh grass. Good assortment of ducks, too!

If you haven't checked out Lower Church Lake, I highly recommend it. It was dry for a year or two, but is now filling back in with water and always has something on it. It's on Old Wadsworth in almost-Broomfield.
