Red-necked Grebe- Cherry Creek SP

Currently looking at a Red-necked Grebe out on the water near the damn swimming with a sizable group of Western Grebes. I’m scoping from The west facing side of swim beach and have a pretty good view. But might be able to see it from tower loop too. 

In non-breeding, a little smaller but stouter then westerns; Yellow bill, white ear patches contrasting with dark cap noticable; Dusky neck
