Black Phoebe(?), Sawhill/Walden Ponds, Boulder CO

Birders, 

Please be cautious when using Merlin to identify a bird, especially when it reports a rare bird, like a Black Phoebe.

Its call notes are very similar to some calls of the Eastern Kingbird, which is nesting in the Walden/Sawhill Ponds area.
