Just after noon a wonderful mixed flock of swallows came out of nowhere over the South Platte River at Reynolds Landing Park, foraged over the area for about 10 min and then moved on with not a single swallow left in view. They were a nicely mixed assemblage of 65 TREE, 35 VIOLET-GREEN, 1 BANK, 18 NOR. ROUGH-WINGED, 60 BARN, and 2 CLIFF.
The river had a GREAT EGRET, GREATER YELLOWLEGS and WILSON'S SNIPE.
