6 Common Loons at Chatfield SP 11/2

This morning at Chafield Res. there were 4 Common Loons together near the Douglas shoreline on the water between the Old Heronry Overlook and the line of buoys, plus one north of the Marina sand spit, and one more close to the dam tower. 6 Total.

Also my first Common Goldeneye of the season, 1 female Red-breasted Merganser, 1 Merlin, 1 Prairie Falcon, and 1 Nor. Harrier. It was pretty breezy so I did not do any land birding of consequence.
