Burrowing Owl family at Robert A. Easton Regional Park, JeffCo

This morning the pair of Burrowing Owls in residence at Robert A. Easton Regional Park near the northwest corner of Hine Lake had at least 6 owlets out and about, with both parents in attendance. They are easily viewed from the main path with a scope. Two poor but cute digiscoped images are below.

So, for locals with more history here than I have, are nesting Burrowing Owls a normal feature at Robert A. Easton, or is this out of the ordinary?
