DFO's great line up of September field trips is now open for registration. All field trips are free to members and nonmembers. The trips are listed below by name, and you can check out details and register here:
September includes some local Metro Area outings, and a few farther afield. One focused on Gilpin County is a good one for county birders, and an eBird learning trip is helpful for those wanting to explore the opportunities afforded by eBird. One trip is especially focused on White-throated Swift behavior. Most trips still have spaces, but often there is movement on a waiting list, so don't be discouraged if a trip is just full.And a few openings remain on upcoming August trips, too.
