This morning a Swamp Sparrow was in a patch of cattails along a small drainage that flows into Massey Draw beside my home in Ken Caryl Valley.
A Eurasian Collared-Dove was carrying sticks into a spruce near my yard, apparently building a nest. Maybe spring has sprung.
