A flock of nearly 200 Mountain Bluebirds is at the Greenbelt Plateau Trailhead along Highway 93 south of Boulder this morning. A sure sign of spring.

Nathan,
I counted 131 Mountain Bluebirds at Rigden Reservoir in Fort Collins this morning. It was foggy this morning in Larimer and I believe that contributed to the bluebird "fallout".
I am assuming that many others are also seeing large numbers of bluebirds in their local patches today across the Front Range.https://ebird.org/checklist/S65777922
it wont be long before we'll be having shorebirds and warblers moving through as well!!! Happy Birding everyone.

Just had a small flock (8 or so) on the White Rocks trail north of Valmont in Boulder County.

Peter Ruprecht and I saw a flock of 50 Mountain Bluebirds in the far north end of Jefferson County just SW of Great Western Reservoir moving about this morning at about 9:30am.
