Perhaps Rob Sparks's Northern Parula is indeed making the rounds: there was a Northern Parula at Dixon Reservoir this morning. It was feeding along the south side of the dam, just about where the trees stop as one walks east. I last saw it fly across the dam to the north.
Birds at Dixon over the last couple of days include:
Wilson's, Orange-crowned, Yellow-rumped, MacGillivray's, and Yellow Warblers
Yellow-breasted Chat
Lincoln's Sparrow
Plumbeous Vireo (today, first I've seen this year)
Western Wood-Pewee
Empids (one had very small bill, so Least?)
Red-breasted Nuthatch
Black-chinned Hummingbird (annual now, it seems)
