This morning,  I to look for the Hooded Warbler in Roxborough.  Thanks to Greg Pasquariello's great directions I was able to easily locate the bird.  Several time I noticed the lack of tolerence the bird had for a male Yellow Warbler.  After taking a good look at the bird I think I understand why.  This bird has the hood of the Hooded and the breast streaking of the male Yellow Warbler.  The undertail coverts are a mix of the two.  Does anyone know of documentation of this hybrid mix? Pictures of this bird can be seen below:

I have to concur with Mark... I didn't notice it in the field, but his pics clearly show streaking.  This is my first CO "Hooded Warbler", but I'm very familiar with them from back east, and I can't say I ever recall seeing any breast streaking.  Every Google image also shows a completely clear breast and sides.

The song (here if you'd like to hear it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=679kn3hD2CQ) sounds like pure Hooded to me; that's how I found it in the first place.

To all of you that got a "life bird" yesterday... sorry!

Regards
