COBirders,

I had my FOS Cpmmon Poorwill this evening as I left Bear Creek Nature Center following our last Birding for Beginners 101 class for this spring.  The "poorwill" call was a fitting end to the class and evening.

In addition, if any COBirders are still left in the area and not in Cortez for the CFO convention, I invite you to participate in the Bear Creek Regional Park Spring Bird Count this Saturday from 7 - 11 a.m.  We'll meet at Bear Creek Nature Center to split into teams and see what the park offers this year. A Blackburnian Warbler would be nice.
