<Other than the Greenwood Animal Rehab shelter in Lyons, Deb is the only licensed wild bird rehabilitator on the front range.>

Just a note for clarification that there are additional licensed wild bird rehabbers on front range:, - There are two licensed wild bird rehabilitators in Pueblo:  Diana Miller at the Raptor Center and Nancy Kelley at Second Chance Wildlife Rehab.  There are also several licensed
wild bird rehabilitator who serve the Colorado Springs area at the Ellicott Wildlife Rehab Center.

That's a really good question! I have tried to gather information in the past that I can disseminate to the people I live with in the townhouses where I live. I have had difficulty getting a lot of information in the past. If I get time I'll call the division of wildlife and see what they have to say about it.
