Jim Merritt, Jeannie Mitchell, and Mary Ellen Moore were looking at an adult male Scarlet Tanager, at the Chico Basin Ranch (fee area), Headquarter Willows, when I walked up to them, early this afternoon. It was very windy, so I didn't stay long to bird other parts of the ranch.
