Bobcat Ridge Birds , Christmas Eve Morning

Hello All,        We arrived at Bobcat Ridge at 10am and hiked the Power line Trail. Even with a very stiff wind we managed a Northern Shrike, 4 Tree Sparrows, 10 Dark eyed Juncos,[Oregon Form],  2 White Breasted Nuthatches, an especially nice flock of 27 Clarks Nutcrackers, 2 Northern Flickers,1 Common Crow, 8 Common Raven and a Red tailed Hawk. This was our first visit to Bobcat as we are new to the Front Range. We are really looking forward to the Loveland Count. Happy Holiday's,      Carl Starace  and Sally Swain,    Longmont, Co
