Evening Grosbeaks, Rabbit Mountain Preserve, Lyons

Hi,         Hiking up the gravel road at Rabbit Mountain at 8am I observed a flock of 16 Evening Grosbeaks in trees for several minutes. Higher up on Eagle Wind trail I had lots of Junco activity and 3 Brown Creeper. This past Sunday morning Sally Swain and I hiked the Lily Lake trail just south of Estes Park finding 8 Red Crossbill.  Good Birding All.         Carl Starace,  Niwot
