Watching the Turnstone at the Plum Creek delta area right now. A bit muddy walk out to the shoreline but worth it.

Still here, seen from southern side of delta before crossing water. In sticks with 3 killdeer nearby

I've been asked to give a reminder that during this time of numerous, rich sightings at Chatfield (and other spots), we should keep a respectful distance from our subjects. It would be best if we stick to the high ground on the Sandspit and Plum Creek Delta.

As one who really enjoys taking photos of the great species we see here, I don't want to be "that guy" who spooks the bird and we don't see it again until next season!

Thanks for your help with this, we are having an awesome Fall in Colorado!

Ruddy turnstone @ mouth of Plum creek, E. Side@1:10. Also some killdeer Pelicans, cormorants, etc.
