I’m pretty sure that John intended to say the bird is visible from 95^th St. just south of Woodland Road.  Park on the shoulder of 95^th just south of the guardrail along the east side of 95^th.

There is a Red-throated Loon on Terry Lake right now.  It’s visible from Yellowstone Road where I parked just south of the guard rail.
