Late(ish) Osprey, Jefferson County

Hello COBIRDERS,

 

This morning just before 9 AM, I spotted a late osprey, balancing precariously on a light pole at Sheridan and Bowles Avenue. He was just east of the entrance to Grant Ranch. The grounding wires (I think) were in his way and he was having some difficulty folding his wings after landing on the pole.
