somwhat late Boulder vulture

Driving in Boulder yesterday at around 4 pm, there was a (what seemed to me to be a little late) Turkey Vulture soaring over the intersection of Valmont and 30th. Also of note in Boulder, the lovely lot to the north of Chez Thuy on 20th and Mapleton, which has been a great place to observe urban corvid antics as they practice fine dining in the Chez Thuy dumpsters, is now full ot tree stumps. "Progress" has come to yet another little space of urban habitat…..
