DFO presents:
How Historical Redlining Led Denver's Cooper's Hawks to Live Where They Do on Monday, March 27 at 7 p.m. (MST). Raptor biologist Alyssa Davidge will explore the remarkable adaptation of  this species to urban environments and ask how segregationist practices of the past, like redlining, impact wildlife.

Davidge is a second year master's student in the CU Denver Integrative Biology Department. She has extensive ornithology experience including work with the Peregrine Fund, the Conservation Research Institute at the San Diego Zoo, HawkWatch International and the Cape May Raptor Banding Project.

You must register in advance for this program on the Upcoming Programs page of the DFO website. As always, this program is free and open to all.
