Varied Thrush Jefferson County Hudson Gardens

While looking in vain for the waxwings about 3:00 PM 11/12 I spotted a Varied Thrush in the area called "Cascades" at the south end of Hudson Gardens (opposite Arapahoe Comm College). This will be tough to locate as the bird is wary and the vegetation is thick. I think it is a female.

I'm confused.  ACC is north of Hudson Gardens.  Not at the south end.

I think that the reference to being opposite ACC means on the other side of Santa Fe. I think the cascades would be the little dry creek at the south end of Hudson Gardens (which is actually in Arapahoe County).
