Slaty-backed Gull/Weld?

Hi all

About 930ish saw the bird swimming in water in and around the island at Kyger OS. Possible Slaty or Lesser Black-backed? I only saw it swimming and then it crawled up on the west side of island out of view.

Note one of my photos has Lesser sleeping on beach(?).
