Hi all
Gorgeous day along Raptor Alley in Nunn on Saturday. We had lots of eager raptor enthusiasts as well.

- Red-tailed Hawk - 11
- American Kestrel - 10
- Prairie Falcon - 4
- Golden Eagle - 3
- Ferruginous Hawk - 10
- Bald Eagle - 2 (including one bird of discussion, prob born 2014/15--Thanks Jeff B.)
- UNID Buteo - 1 (in distance)
Other:
- Northern Shrike (Weld CR 102 west of 23)
- Lapland Longspur (about .5m south of Weld CR 96/33)
Next trip will be announced sometime late November for a December trip.

Hi all
For those hoping to see a Rough-legged Hawk on our Raptor Alley trip ... "we did" ... :-) ... closer inspection of photos (below) shows one that we saw along Weld CR 98 early on in trip. This was the bird atop telephone pole that flew off to south as we approached closer (two poles away still) to get better look.
