Mexican Duck at Firestone Gravel Pits, WELD

Greetings All

There was a male Mexican Duck this afternoon, nice fresh plumage, lounging with Mallards ranging from spiffy to scruffy at the Firestone Gravel Pits. This bird was in the same pond that, with more water in it, had the RN Grebes during late winter and early spring this year.
