Hello all!  I am always impressed by the list as a source of information.  As referenced in David's email of yesterday, a number of us followed Glenn/Mark's directions for a successful chase of hepatic tanager south of Walsenberg.  The Philly vireo was a great bonus!  And thanks to Mark for picking up the bird by call and to David for a great photo that enabled us to confirm the ID.

 

On that note, in a couple of weeks I am going to b eon the west slope.  Over the years I have seen many great posts about good owling spots over in the Grand Junction/Grand Mesa area, but I have never tried any of them.  This time I might just do it, and any hints as to locations would be greatly appreciated!
