Moments ago (12:35 p.m.), a flock of 80 to 100 sandhill cranes flew over north Boulder (Boulder County), near Broadway and Iris, heading southeast.  That, and the dark-eyed juncos that showed up in the yard today, strongly hint that change is coming!

100 + Just flew over my house in West Wash Park, south Denver.  They were in a beautiful V formation, but seemed to loose their leader and circled almost stationary for a good 2 or 3 minutes, then re-organized and headed south.
