Spotted the first (for me) mountain bluebird of the year. A brilliant male flew across Flagstaff Rd. just at the Walker Ranch turn. Seems early for 7500 feet. Perhaps in celebration of Leap Day.

Walker Ranch is about 9 miles southwest of the city of Boulder, Boulder County, Colorado.
