N Waterthrush #5,6, CSR. El Paso Co, Thurs

Hey COBirders,

After a normal opening at Clear Spring Ranch this morning, a wave of warblers arrived about 845 today - bringing in several species.

TWO Northern Waterthrush, both juvs, eBird still lists them as rare for this date

FOS Orange-crowned Warbler (juv F, celata ssp)

15 Yellow Warbler, more males arriving now,

3 Wilson’s Warblers (ad M, ad F, juv F)

FOS Lark Sparrows - (5, 3 juv, 2 ad) by this time last year I had already banded 25.

FOS Lincoln’s Sparrow (ad) my earliest previously was 8/25.
